Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including glyph guides, journals, ritual kits, and symbolic tools, are final. Due to the nature of instant delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a digital item has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Print-On-Demand Products

All physical products, such as apparel, art prints, and accessories, are made-to-order through our trusted print partner. As a result, all print-on-demand sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hiddenglyphs@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter.
